Have you ever experienced the following:
- Missing memory for a moment,
- Then experience a tingling sensation all over your body or in part,
- Having half your body paralysis,
- It's hard to speak or understand speech of others,
- Experiencing problems swallowing food,
- Experiencing a ganguan misconstrued vision of your eyes.
Don’t pay attention them above although they will disappear or recover in a matter of minutes or hours, maybe you get the mini stroke or called Transient Ishcemic Attack.Transient Ischemic Attack is the disruption of blood flow to the brain suddenly and disappear in less than 24 hours. If symptoms are left without treatment, then approximately 30% will experience a stroke and 50% suffered stokes during the second time.
Transient Ischemic Attack is caused the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood vessel walls of the brain or blood clots in the blood flow to the brain from the heart. Several factors cause:
- High blood pressure (> 140/90 mmHg),
- Heart disease,
- Diabetes,
- Overweight,
- Blood disorders
- Lifestyle unhealthy (smoking, lack of exercise).
All of these can be prevented by controlling diet of eating foods in low cholesterol, low fat and salt, eating lots of vegetables and fruits. Then can also reduce or stop smoking, do regular exercise, trying to lose weight with a healthy diet. If you have diabetes should strictly control blood sugar levels and blood pressure optimally.
If the way above can’t still be done or you are lazy to do it, the only way is you must drink plenty of water each day on a regular basis & take medicines with the right dose. By angel wind
