Support Your Activities With Vitamin C

Every year, In the big city always increas in the level of pollution, and sometimes our activity is accompanied by pollution. Pollution contains the free radicals that have harmful effects to our bodies because it can damage cells in the body and if you don't care about that, it will elicit cancer cells in our bodies.

Damaged body cells can be prevented by antioxidants. Body can get antioxidants from foods that contain vitamin C, such as fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemon, papaya and strawberries) and vegetables (tomatoes, broccoli, green & red peppers, lettuce and other greens).

In the past when the pollution has not deteriorated, the body requires vitamin C every day around 100mg. Currently at least for the antioxidant effect should reach 1000mg a day. And this is a high doses that could not be obtained with the consumption of foods containing vitamin C. To obtain the vitamin C in high doses, we need fruits and vegetables in large numbers. Alternatively, we need vitamin C in the form of chemical.

In addition to producing antioxidants, vitamin C needed by the body in biochemical processes such as establishing and maintaining the quality of collagen as the formation of tissue structures of the body (skin, bones, teeth, blood vessels, cartilage & muscle). Good collagen structure can heal wounds, broken bones, bruises & a little bleeding and minor injuries.

Vitamin C in the form of the chemical can be obtained in the form of:

  1. Ordinary tablets,
  2. Efferevescent (dissolved in water before drinking), can be absorbed in the body quickly than the tablet,
  3. Injection must be made by physician specialists and previously have been conducted medical examination process.

Vitamin C include in the group vitamins that dissolve in the water, if the body don’t need it, vitamin c will be excreted through urine and sweat. Therefore, to maintain the adequacy of vitamin C in the body, we must consume them regularly. By Angel Wind
